14 june 2009 - Lille (FR) – Marquette. Two trams passing at one of the loops. The metre-gauge track was built specially for the museum and wasn’t here before. Lille city trams (which reached places not far from here) ran on standard-gauge track.

So they had two networks of different gauges?

Indeed - CGIT (city network) was standard gauge and ELRT interurban was metre gauge (a bit like Liege and the Vicinal).
