27 march 2009 - Bruxelles (BE) – Rue Francois Gay. The 9000 series were built on old ‘standard’4-wheel tram chassis to resemble the first Belgian PCC cars (which they weren’t).

Come now, Polish engineers did similar stuff to the "N" trams in the 60s.
