18 december 2008 - København, Ved Amagerbanen, Arriva workshop. Newly refurbished and ready for new traffic in Stockholm starting in March 2009. This bus has been in Sweden before, serving as a learner in Malmö.

Has it only been repainted or have also some parts been changed?

From what I've heard every bus has been fixed for more than 10 000 €. Not sure how much is done on each bus, but I believe they have new seats and stuff. Even new driver seat. Probably a big overhaul on the technical parts too.

Now I found where I got the price from, and I see that I totally remembered wrong. So that was all my bad.
