When were theese tram sold from Rotterdam? How many theese vehicles are in Romania?

Yes this tram is ex: RET. Please see the Transurb list for details including its sisters operating in Galati. There are also some older ex: RET Duewag trams in Braila, Romania - again these are listed on this site.
