Following the opening of the border between East and West Berlin, Ikarus 280 of the BVB could be seen in traffic in West Berlin alongside MAN SL 200D of the BVG. At this photo the vehicles have terminated near the U Bahnhof Gleisdeieck and the Museum für Verkehr und Technik.
