Electric locomotive #5
7 october 2008 - Oradea, Romania – depou tramvaie/zajezdnia/depot. Oradea ran goods trains over its tram tracks from 1882 (electrified in 1906) until 1995. Preserved behind the depot is this nice little tramway freight locomotive. Three of these locomotives have survived - #5, shown here, has been cosmetically restored. 2 april 2011 - Oradea (RO) – depoul/zajezdnia Salca. The nicely restored goods locomotive #3 at the rear of the main depot building. The workshop staff are obviously very proud of it. Since our last visit in 2008, the picture on the wall has been changed to an accurate representation of a Siemens ULF.
